Dear Parents and Guardians,
We would like to take this opportunity to introduce to you,Soto Dance Company, weare the new providers of extracurricular dance at your school. We are excited to be offering a full programme of dance in a range of urban styles and techniques this spring term.
We would like to give pupils the opportunity to attend this fun and funky club after school on Thursdays. Children can expect to learn different types and styles of dance whilst improving their coordination, fitness and strength. They will also have the chance to make new friends, feel part of a club and be confident in performing.
Despina will be the tutor delivering the sessions and would love to invite your child to attend.
The club will be running on Thursday afternoonsdelivered to pupils from 3.30pm to 4.30pm.Classes are due to start on Thursday 18thJanuary and will run for 9weeks up until Thursday 22nd March.Each session is charged at £2.50 for the hour, this will be a total of £22.50. This can be paid in 2 installments of £10 and £12.50. Once you have been notified your child has a place the money will have to be paid via Parentpay.
Please complete the slip below and return it back to the school office no later than Monday 15th January.This is to ensure that we get slips back in order for us to process them to get the confirmation letters out before the club commences the next week. If your child is successful in obtaining a place then they will receive an additional letter with payment information and emergency contact details for you to fill in. We will kindly request that you complete that letter and send in to the office.
In the interest of fairness, if the dance club is oversubscribed, names will be drawn at random and then your child will be given priority for later in the year.
