ROOKIE-OF-THE-YEAR 2016 CRITERIA
- Application MUST be typed and submitted to the Board Office no later than 3:00 pm on January 6, 2017. Must be a member in good standing of the Camden/Charlton County Board of REALTORS® as of November 30th of the production year.
- May be nominated by any Board member.
- Must have been licensed and entered into the real estate profession for NO LONGER THAN EIGHTEEN (18) MONTHS.
- Winner shall be selected by a committee of impartial judges comprised of no less than three members,will consider the accomplishments and activities of the nominee from January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016.
- Education courses (exclusive of post license), Board participation and sales/listing information shall be considered for no more than the first eighteen months of licensure.
- A one page narrative may be attached to support your nomination.
- Applications must be accompanied by copies of all supporting documentation; certificates of completion for continuing education, closing statements for verification of sales and commissions and vouched for by the Broker’s signature.
- Direct any questions to the Board Office.
- If not enough space is given on the application to detail an item you wish to receive credit for, attach additional sheets as necessary to describe your activity.
