ROOKIE-OF-THE-YEAR 2016 CRITERIA

  1. Application MUST be typed and submitted to the Board Office no later than 3:00 pm on January 6, 2017. Must be a member in good standing of the Camden/Charlton County Board of REALTORS® as of November 30th of the production year.
  2. May be nominated by any Board member.
  3. Must have been licensed and entered into the real estate profession for NO LONGER THAN EIGHTEEN (18) MONTHS.
  4. Winner shall be selected by a committee of impartial judges comprised of no less than three members,will consider the accomplishments and activities of the nominee from January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016.
  5. Education courses (exclusive of post license), Board participation and sales/listing information shall be considered for no more than the first eighteen months of licensure.
  6. A one page narrative may be attached to support your nomination.
  7. Applications must be accompanied by copies of all supporting documentation; certificates of completion for continuing education, closing statements for verification of sales and commissions and vouched for by the Broker’s signature.
  8. Direct any questions to the Board Office.
  9. If not enough space is given on the application to detail an item you wish to receive credit for, attach additional sheets as necessary to describe your activity.
