Guidelines for the availability and assignment:

1)Meeting space at the Westin has been obtained by the Rocky Mountain Conference of the United Methodist Church for use during the Annual Conference Session.

2)All room assignments, designation, and usage must come through the Conference Event Coordinator.

3)All room requests should be made prior to February 7, 2016. These requests are not guaranteed until you receive notice from the Conference Events Coordinator. Requests received after Feb 7, 2016 will be reviewed case by case.

4)Special Meals during Annual Conference must be coordinated with the Conference Events Coordinator. No outside meals may be brought into the Westin meeting rooms.

5)Any group sponsoring a special meal will need to providesomeone to collect meal tickets and return tickets to the Annual Conference Office at the end of the meal. Every person attending a special meal must have a ticket.
