You should receive an e-mail confirmation, of your order, within 2 business days or by noon the Monday before the CSA starts. If you do not receive a confirmationplease call Anna Marie Hatcher to fill out an application over the phone. A copy of this application will then be left with your shares for your signature.
Making a Payment:
***All payments must be mailed to the address below.
Payments will no longer be taken during distribution or at pick-up locations. ***

Participant Responsibility:
It is the responsibility of the participant to pick up their CSA Share/s. An email reminder will be sent to all available addresses by noon the day before the CSA pick-up. Please call Anna Marie Hatcher at 910-258-7677 as soon as you know your basket can not be picked-up. Baskets will not be held after pick-up locations are closed, they will be donated.
Baskets and Hot/Cold Bags: are provided as a convenience to our members. Numbers are assigned as participant applications are received for the year. If you had a numbered basket in 2014 you will have the same number in 2015. Please do not use baskets or bags for personal items. The hot/cold bags are provided for the beef, chicken, and egg shares to streamline distribution and should be returned in an odor free usable condition. At the final distribution of each session the participant may use the basket if they are participating in the next CSA Session. If they are not participating in the next session shares will be packaged in a grocery bag.
