RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED ACROSS CAREER SPAN
- Assumed responsibility for overseeing the management of sweet and sour oilgas wells, vertical to horizontal and short radius directionalfrom the initial stage to the final completion and workovers.
- Have managed controlling oil / gas well blowouts from removing service rig to capping the well.
- Have worked on all type of service rigs, Swab rigs, flushby, co-rod, singles, doubles and trailer rigs.
- Took ownership for the completion of rig/rig less operations of deep oil and gas wells.
- Leveraged exceptional technical competencies to cost-effectively work on hydraulically fractured horizontal wells.
- Conducted research to identify new sources of shale gas. Oversaw the completion of underbalanced air drilling operations.
- Handled PCP’s, electrical submersible pumps, e-line and slick line work.Managed sucker rod and corod work. Coordinated in finishing selective acid jobs (selective, diverter and nitrified).
- Supervised N2, C02, gelled fluid and acid fracs (up to 69 MPa frac) work functions. Swabbing and well testing operations. Leveraged fracturing expertise to increase hydrocarbon production.
Actively involved in using cable and hydraulic snubbing units.
- Monitored the progress of snubbing work rig and rigless (up to 32 MPa).
- Established slick line plugs staging stabbing valves to facilitate efficient completion of well gas clean outs.
- Handled various types of coil tubing work from perforation well, running/pulling packers, fishing, cleaning out wellbore to fluid unloading.
- Managed multiple mechanical, hydraulic and inflatable packer equipmentwith tubingcoil tubing and e-line to overcome contingencies during well development.
- Collaborated with technical personnel to manage premium tubular, casing work (string shots, backing off casing/replacing, running casing patches, mills).
- Leveraged latest method of well completions and workovers upto 3350 meter. Ensured equipment such as production test vessels and line heaters were functioning at optimal level.
- Worked on well with surface pressures of 32 MPa. H2S 30 %. Flow rates up to 806 m3/day.
