As parents of ______, participating with the Bozeman Blitzz FC, we agree to the following conditions:

  1. We will encourage "sportsmanship" as the primary goal of the Bozeman Blitzz Futbol Club.
  2. We will provide positive support and encouragement to our child and their team. We will not publicly criticize the coaches, players, referees, or club members.
  3. We commit to actively volunteer for both team and club activities.
  4. We expect that the team's head coach will establish team rules for the good of the whole team. We will support those rules and abide by them. We will allow the club and team coaching staff to perform their responsibilities without interference. We will seek professional feedback about our child’s play and training progress from the coaching staff.
  5. Any concerns that we may have with the coaching staff will be handled in private with the coach by first making an appointment to do so. All such meetings will be scheduled so as not to be in the presence of players or other parents,and meetings will not be held just before, during, or just after training sessions or games. Should such a meeting not resolve the issue, a subsequent meeting can be requested with the Director of Coaching. We will contact the Board to request a representative to be present, if we feel that is necessary.
  6. We will not interfere,physically or verbally, with training sessions or games. Verbal interference includes offensive, insulting, or abusive language directed to players, parents, fans, coaches, referees, field marshals, game administrators, and their clubs.
  7. We will arrange all transportation for our child to and from training sessions and games, and we commit to always being on time. In the event our child is unable to attend a training or game, we will notify the coach or his designee within the time frame the coach has established.
  8. We will promptly pay our share of any team expenses, such as tournament entry fees and travel costs. Unless other arrangements have been made in advance, we will not expect to participate in any team activity until payment has been made.
  9. We understand that we aremonetarily and otherwise responsible for any damage, harm, or theft caused by my child associated with any soccer activity including related travel (e.g. hotel room, restaurant, etc.). The club and/or its coaching staff may also take further disciplinary action. This does not include injury incurred as part of bona fide training sessions or matches.
  10. We will read and abide by club rules, policies, and the player’s "Statement of Commitment". We are fully committed to the mission of the club in promoting competitive soccer.
  11. Any behavior contrary to this agreement, or which otherwise brings the club into disrepute, may be subject to disciplinary action by the club, including expulsion from any further participation in club activities.
