Dear Parents and Pupils,

“Rhythm is Gonna get You”

WOW…Rhythm is Gonna get You! The energy that emulated from the hall stage on the two Thursdays was electrifying. The pulsating music, excitement and glow from the smiles of our young people, said it all for us, the spectators. It is this inherent spirit of our children that makes our variety evenings such a glorious success year after year.

Thank you to Mrs Fiona Barnes for her amazing choreography and assistance in making these nights perfect.

Thank you to all the Wendon Staff for their hard work, to our parents and friends who attended, to our talented young people who made these evenings a huge success, a BIG Thank you. With great appreciation raised an outstanding R13130.00! Well done to all!

NB : Work Experience for Grade 10, 11 & 12

In just 3 short weeks our children start their week of Work Experience!

The forms needed to be in by yesterday Monday 15th August. We cannot stress sufficiently how important it is for Parents to please help place your child in an appropriate working environment. It is vital that these forms are returned immediately as to give us enough time to forward the relevant documents to the companies in question.

NB - ATTENDANCE - ENROLMENT 2017

Wendon is receiving placements requests for 2017 and for this reason we need parents to confirm whether their child will be returning in 2017. These letters with reply slips attached were sent out earlier this week. For your convenience we have supplied a reply slip which you can complete and send back to school by Friday 26th August 2016.
