Standard low voltage wiring (based on community preference):
Standard #1:Run all phone/CAT5 and cable lines to the outside of the home next to the power meter.
Standard#2:Run all phone/CAT5 and cable lines to the garage in a double backless box located next to the standard GFCI outlet and then run 1 phone/CAT5, 1 cable and 1 16/2 wire to the outside of the home next to the power meter.
Wall Hung TV Prep $225.00 (formally fireplace TV prep):
Single 110 outlet (location and height needed from sales)
Single box with cover plate connected to a conduit which terminates at a conventional cable outlet with a pull string. (location of blank box and conventional cable outlet needed from sales)
Wall Hung TV Prep with 5.1 Pre-wire $400.00 (formally fireplace TV prep with 5.1 pre-wire)
Single 110 outlet (location and height needed from sales)
Single box with cover plate connected to a conduit which terminates at a conventional cable outlet with a pull string. (location of blank box and conventional cable outlet needed from sales)
5 speaker wires pulled from the single box to locations specified by sales.

Single 110 outlet to be installed next to distribution box
2 CAT5 lines to be run to any location within the home (location to be specified by sales)
All standard and optional phone/CAT5 and cables lines to be run into the distribution box.
1 phone/CAT5 and 1 cable line to be run to the outside of the home and terminated next to the power meter.
(4) port wireless router to be installed inside the distribution box.
Security System Pre-wire $295.00

Pre-wire one motion detector
Pre-wire two exterior doors
Pre-wire one key pad next to the garage entry door
All security wires to be pulled to the coat closet and terminated directly above the outlet.
