- Discussion
- Joanna – Marissa will probably be better in ad/pr position based on her resume; Faith’s conference experience will help her
- Davisa – yield
- Jordan – Marissa has a lot of experience with ad/pr and will do well with this and Faith has room to grow and will do well
- Sheraz – focus on the skills that each brought and don’t assume that Marissa will win
- Sam – yield
- Ike – yield
- Brittany – both very qualified, think about how everyone will work as entire group in e-board
- Sheraz – liked both presentations, strengths in different areas; Faith has RHA experience and Marissa has a lot of programming and ad/pr experience, see weaknesses as Faith being shy but she will not need to be presenting and she works well with 1:1 experiences and Marissa is very outgoing and she will delegate tasks well
- Sarah – thinking about that Marissa put on a program tonight, had resume, thinks about whole picture, good picture for being programming chair, liked this
- Hannah – impressed with Faith’s programming ideas and does not have much programming experience and is first year student, would be good member of e-board
- Ike – Faith’s presentation is geared more towards being a programming chair but Marissa’s presentation was more focused on ad/pr
- Motion by Joanna to exhaust speakers list
- Seconded by Davisa
- No dissent – motion passes
- Brittany – focus on Marissa and Faith as programming chair
- Sheraz – Faith has vision of what RHA programs will look like and what she can change, conference experience
- Gamy – like that Marissa displayed programming during presentation and kept ad/pr on resume, Faith willing to overcome weaknesses
- Chaz – Marissa presented programming experience and gave programming idea, Faith has experience through conference and RHA experience and being at every programming event
- Davisa – enjoyed both presentations, Faith has grown throughout year because of RHA and going to conferences and presenting programs and shyness should not affect voting for her, for Marissa enjoyed her experience
- Brittany – Faith has helped a lot and showed a lot of genuine interest in RHA programming, Marissa brings plus with excitement
- Clare – Faith has more specific ways she would change past RHA programs but Marissa seemed to have more excitement and they would both bring fresh ideas to the program
