The Board has now established the practice of undertaking an annual Review of its Chair and the questions below follow practice in 2014. This material is part of the normal annual evaluation process and the follow up to the Effectiveness Review. Last year it was recognised that some material linked to the ongoing development of the Board itself as well as to the performance of the Chair. Members are asked in interests of transparency not to submit forms anonymously; the Chair will also be asked for his own reflections. Material will be drawn together by the Senior Independent Member Mr Nick Robertson.
