The amount paid by me/us is to be used by Residents Against Incineration for the sole purpose of opposing the installation of an incinerator at the Trumps Farm, Kitsmead Lane site.

I understand that the money will be used for external legal, planning and expert’s fees and the associated costs incurred by Residents Against Incineration of running and funding the campaign against the incinerator, which may include a legal challenge in respect of a planning application, participation in any planning inquiry, judicial review in the courts and lobbying.

No part of the sum paid by me/us shall be used for any purpose other than the opposition to the installation of an incinerator at Trumps Farm, Kitsmead Lane.

I understand that Residents Against Incineration is run by unpaid volunteers.

The full payment will be made by me/us by no later than 30 June 2008.
