I.A quotation of a lesser dollar value should be made for all subsequent certification review hearings performed after the first certification review hearing when conducted on the same day and at the same unit within the facility.
“For example, if the first hearing at CBHC in Unit xx is $80, all subsequent hearings at CBHC in Unit xx on the same day shall be $70 per hearing.”
