As a reminder, you will be paid on a biweekly basis every other Friday. Should you have any questions following orientation in regards to our benefits, you can contact our Benefits Manager at 617-423-2020 ext. 2108. To develop your capabilities and support your personal and professional well-being, I will be sitting down with you within the next two weeks to go over your Individual Development Plan (IDP). The IDP outlines your primary functional responsibilities as well as the core competencies that you will need to understand in order to be successful in your new position.
