The MIC is a coalition of professional meetings industry-related organizations with chapters or headquarters in Colorado. CouncilMembers include: Colorado Society of Association Executives, VISIT Denver…The Convention & Visitors Bureau, Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International, International Association for Exhibitions and Events, Colorado Festivals and Events Association, (ILEA) International Live Events Society (formally International Special Events Society), Meeting Professionals InternationalRocky Mountain Chapter, National Speakers Association-Colorado,Rocky Mountain Chapter Professional Convention Management Association, Rocky Mountain Business Travel Association, the Society of Government Meeting Professionals, Christian Meetings and Convention Association and National Association of Catering Executives. This event is the Rocky Mountain Region’s best industry related opportunity for education, networking and marketplace. The 2017 event was attended by over 1200 meeting and hospitality industry professionals.

Dates of secured MIC Conference:

  • March 13 and 142018 for the March 18th MIC Educational Conference and Tradeshow being held at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado.

VIP Reception Sponsorship Expectations:

  • Provide 140 MIC Room Block Nights at discounted rate for week of March 12-March 16, 2018 (March 13&14 largest block nights)
  • Ten (10) room nights will be offered complimentary for VIP’s, speakers, or staff
  • Five (5) upgrade(s)
  • Five (3) complimentary parking passes
  • Discounted parking for up to 10 VIPs
  • Complimentary Internet for VIPs

In exchange for this sponsorship, MIC of Colorado will give the Hotel Block company benefits from the 2018MIC Sponsorship benefits based on 50% of the retail value of the sponsorship.
