Space at the stand

The space available at a stand is 2 x 3m. The exact spots for each stand will be defined by 11 August 2006. Exhibitors will be informed by e-mail. Preferences can be given under “Other information”.

Each presenter is provided with a poster wall (one or two depending on the selected package) with a space of160cm x 95cm available for displaying posters.Poster walls are covered with felt fabric. Posters can be attached by needle pins and if the posters are framed they can be attached by hooks. There will be a representative from the conference organisation helping with the poster session arrangements on site.

Name of the exhibitor/stand

The name of the stand is asked in the registration form. The name will be printed in CAPITAL LETTERS unless otherwise requested by the exhibitor. The height of the font will be approximately 15 cm if the name fits on one row. There is also a possibility to include the company logo in the same field with the text (see picture).

Practical arrangements

Schedule for construction of the exhibition:

Material to the congress wing is brought through the entrance O (loading bay). The door width is 2,0 m and the height is 2,4 m. The measurements of the goods lift are: the width 1,3 m, door height 2,18 m, cage width 3,6 and load 2000 kg.

Exhibition materials can be stored in the meeting room 108 in the main building.

Normal daily cleaning is done in the evenings and is included in the registration fee. Additional cleaning must be ordered two weeks before the event.

Electricity

Please indicate your needs for electricity in the registration form. Electrical appliances must comply with the electrical safety regulations valid in Finland. All electrical installations for the exhibition should follow the special regulations of SFS 6000-7-711 (based on standard IEC 60364-7-711:1998).
