Discussion of Agenda or Action items:
1. Open issues – for 6.x version
a. Related docs button doesn’t work. Seems you can have either the related docs button OR the multi-value index search working at one time. Consensus is the related docs button is more important and to have it work while waiting for a response from Hershey.
2. OR Hall Firewall switch upgrade is taking longer than expected. Is being worked on but no estimated time to complete.
3. Upgrade 7.x
a. Derek cloned Prod then upgraded to the latest version 7.04.1 on imagingtest2
b. Doc classes, users, permissions, workflows etc. plus one days worth of documents were migrated. You should be able to user your Prod user ID and password to login.
c. Still working on the iReports functionality
d. Fixed a forms pre-populating issue
e. Derek is for the most part done defining the upgrade process which takes a clone of Prod and then upgrade it to version 7.
f. Derek has done initial testing to make sure the basic function at least start up. Needs everyone help to dig deeper to uncover lower level issues.
4. Capture module
a. Need to look at latest version
b. Still not sure batch switcher, scan folders etc. functionality is there. Suspect overlooking something major. Chris/Jim will talk to Hersey
c. Michael will work with Chris to assess how well the current index module (6.x) works with Singularity 7. This is Plan “B if for some reason the new Capture module has a show stopper.
5. Jim mentioned that the Honors College would like a way to give their admissions review committee a more focused view of just the document pertaining to the Honors college admission process.
