- Wednesday, May 29th: Howard County Judging
- Thursday, May 30th: Frederick County Judging

- Introduction of Youth Coordinators for each County

- Foods Committee – Responsible for providing Judges Dinner
- Narrations Committee – Responsible for editing narrations and creating group lead in lines
- Decorations Committee – Responsible for stage decorations to reflect theme
- Entertainment Committee – *Optional* - Responsible for coordinating entertainment program during judges intermission
- Refreshment Committee – Works with Foods Committee to provide light refreshments the night of the show
