DEAR APPLICANT: We appreciate your interest in becoming a volunteer at Rainsong!!!
We have met many friends thru our volunteer program in the past 10 years.
We hope to continue to meet fellow planetary guardians, and perhaps together we can make a difference, and help save the future for wildlife and wilderness, at least in our lil’ corner of Costa Rica!!!
We ask all applicants to read and answer this form. Please answer in point form and be brief.

We are constantly expanding our lodging options thru the ongoing cooperation of local hotels and guest houses, so there are many options we have not posted yet on our website.

*All volunteers age 22 or younger must register both parents’ contact info (phone # - work & home, email address) on this application, in case of an emergency.

***To enjoy an experience as a volunteer, it is essential that you bring an attitude of cooperation, selflessness, and consideration for others. Bring cheerful energy and enjoy!

***We have to deal with real life and death drama in the WildlifeRescueCenter, trying to save injured or sick animals.

So please do not bring your personal drama to Rainsong! Leave all that at home!

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER:

all rainsong volunteers must register a copy of their travelers’ insurance policy with rainsong administration upon arrival at rainsong.

*in case of a medical emergency, volunteers give rainsong permission to act on their behalf in seeking necessary medical attention.

Submitting this application implies a legal pledge to obey all house rules (written or verbalized) while at rainsong.
