·  Hiring, directing, developing, and leading team of 6 Retails Specialists who managed Black & Decker businesses in 22 Home Depot stores totaling $19.2 million in annual revenue.

·  Conducting research and assisting in the creation of brand awareness programs and new product initiatives.

·  Ensuring execution of marketing initiatives such as merchandising standards, product set integrity, product training, point of purchase signing, and inventory levels.

·  Presenting state-wide product knowledge sessions to Black & Decker and Home Depot associates.

·  Negotiating with Home Depot District Managers incremental store space for Black & Decker products.

·  Interpreting sales data, and developing and executing strategic plan for achievement of quarterly goals of $5 million average.
