- Entry will only be accepted with a completed registration form and payment in full.
- All teams who register will be notified they have been successful with a place; they will also receive a Welcome Pack nearer the day.
- Age groups are per 2018/2019 season.
- Entries accepted on a first come first served basis.
- Separate registration forms per team and/or age group are required.
- Registration fees can be paid by cash, cheque and online banking and is non refundable.

U9 & U10 Format:
- 7 a side
- Max squad of 11 players
- 12 minutes per game straight through
- Winner and runner up medals, trophy for winning team
Saturday 16th June – Afternoon Session
- U7 – players must be age 6 at time of tournament.
- U12
U7 Format:
- 5 a side
- Max squad of 9 players
- 10 minutes per game straight through
- Participant medals for all and trophy for winning team
U12 Format:
- 9 a side
- Max squad of 15 players
- 15 minutes per game straight through
- Winner and runner up medals, trophy for winning team
Sunday 17th June

- 10 minutes per game straight through

U11 Format:
- 9 a side
- Max squad of 13 players
- 12 minutes per game straight through

Sunday 17th June – Afternoon Session

- 11 a side
- Max squad of 16 players
- 15 minutes per game straight through
- Winner and runner up medals, trophy for winning team
Further Information:
- Completed team sheets must be handed in for registration on the day
- The draw for the group consists of names being picked from a hat, we do not manipulate groups
- Please bring correct ball size for your age group
- 9v9 upwards will need to bring a linesman
- All matches are competitive
- Two groups of five teams
- Winners of Group A will play the runners up of Group B in one semi final
- Winners of Group B will play the runners up in Group A in one semi final
- The Winners of both semi finals will play each other in the final
Please Note:
- Players must not be registered with professional academies.
- Players must have their ID cards available on the day. If no league cards available, please bring birth cert/passport for proof of age.
On The Day:
Refreshments: Bar/BBQ/Tuck Shop will be available.
Entertainment:Bouncy Castle, Ice Cream van etc.
Car Park:£2 per car which includes programme.
Walk in’s £1.
Spirit of the Game
Team Managers should be reminded that:
- The emphasis is on enjoyment of competing fairly and their team member’s should be aware they are representing their club and should behave accordingly.
- They are responsible for the behaviour of their team during the games.
Competitors should be reminded that:
- Winning at all costs is not encouraged and the teams must play within the rules of the competition.
- No intimidation of referees or officials will be permitted and competitors should accept all decisions without argument.
Spectators should be reminded that:
- Foul and abusive language will be dealt with by the tournament organisers who have the power to stop the event in progress.
