2:50 a.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on Mill St. at W. Main St. The driver, 35 year old Jason Joseph Kelnhofer, Delavan, was issued citations for failure to obey traffic sign/signal and operating while under the influence and released.
10:38 a.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on W. Main St. at East St. The driver, 18 year old Lexus M. Petrillo, Genoa City, was issued a citation for improper use of a phone while driving in a work zone and released.
7:13 p.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on Williams St. at Henry St. The driver, 28 year old Cierra R. French, Lake Geneva, was issued a citation for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and released.
10:34 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to a driving complaint in the area of Interchange North and Sage St. An officer conducted a traffic stop on the suspect vehicle and issued the driver, 26 year old Brittan S. Crumbliss, Burlington, a citation for unsafe lane deviation and released.

10:45 p.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on S. Lakeshore Dr. at Campbell St. The driver, 19 year old Emily J. Krogstad, Palatine, Illinois, was issued a citation for possession of THC. The passenger, 19 year old Grace I. Hanson, Palatine, Illinois, was issued a citation for possession of THC.

8:20 a.m.: An officer responded to a traffic accident on Center St. at Dodge St. A driver, 47 year old Peggy L. Lindloff, Delavan, was issued a citation for failure to yield right of way at a stop sign and released.
8:44 a.m.: The School Resource Officer for Badger High School issued a habitual truancy citation to a 15 year old female, Lake Geneva.
9:27 p.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on W. Main St. at Broad St. The driver, 39 year old Erika R. Goshko, Hoffman Estates, Illinois, was issued a citation for operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance and released.
9:53 p.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on Broad St. at W. Main St. The driver, 62 year old Arthur G. Kanelos, Lake Geneva, was issued a citation for violating a red traffic signal and released.
10:37 p.m.: Officers responded to the 100 block of Center St. for a report of an odor of marijuana. Consequently citations were issued to: a 17 year old male, Park Ridge, Illinois, for possession of a controlled substance-THC; a 17 year old male, Chicago, Illinois for possession of a controlled substance-THC; 18 year old Maxx T. Marbach, Norridge, Illinois, for possession of a controlled substance-THC; a 17 year old male, Park Ridge, Illinois, for possession of a controlled substance-THC; and 18 year old Michael J. Glowacki, Park Ridge, Illinois, for possession of a controlled substance-THC.

11:22 p.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on Broad St. at Wrigley Dr. The driver, 26 year old Joseph Richard Prehn, Lake Geneva, was issued a citation for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and released.
05/21/17
12:40 a.m.: Officers were patrolling the 100 block of Broad St. and saw a male subject urinating. Consequently a citation was issued to 31 year old James J. Riordan, Homer Glen, Illinois, for disorderly conduct-public urination.
5:07 p.m.: Officers responded to the 500 block of Interchange North for a report of a vehicle with open intoxicants. Consequently citations were issued to the driver, 20 year old Gabrielle Elizabeth Ann Regner, Lake Geneva, for operating while under the influence-1st offense and possessing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle. A passenger, 22 year old Bodie M. Wirtz, Elkhorn, was issued a citation for possessing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle.
5:25 p.m.: Officers responded to Broad St. at Geneva St. for a report of disorderly conduct. Subsequently a citation was issued to 30 year old Patrick Emil Stuart, Lake Geneva, for disorderly conduct.
11:03 p.m.: Officers responded to the 100 block of W. Main St. for a report of a subject not feeling well. A citation was issued to 25 year old Jacob Anthony Springston, Lake Geneva, for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Consequently a citation was issued to 22 year old Nathan James Ledger, Elkhorn, for theft. A citation was issued to a 16 year old female, Lake Geneva, for theft. A citation was issued to 24 year old Zakary Robert Lee Fibish, Delavan, for theft.
