Question1:Can the presentation be provided to the service providers?
Answer 1:
Yes it will be published on the RAF website

The Service provider must be the service provider to provide the service what do you mean by that?

What it means is that the bidder must be the primary service provider to offer the required service.
Question 3:
Do you have a limit to age?
Answer 3:
No the RAF do not want a limitation to age.

Does RAF have the Pension Scheme
Answer 4:
Yes RAF does have the pension Scheme.
Question 5:
Does RAF have a number of how many additional members will be covered?
Answer 5:
RAF does not have a number of how many additional members will be covered as that is an optional requirement that employees will choose.
Question 6:
Who pays the premium?
Answer 6:
The Premium is paid by the RAF employees from their salary.
Question 7:
Please provide with thetotal number of primary members

Can you please indicate, with an example if possible, what will be seen as proof that the bidder is the primary service provider to deliver the required service?
Answer 10:
The Bidder must attach a letter of confirmation that they are the primary service provider.
Question 11:
We are currently in the process of renewing out BEE certificate, and will only receive the new certificate after the closing date of this tender. However, we do have a verification letter from AQRate (Pty) Ltd stating that we are renewing our certificate. Will this be sufficient for this tender?

Please assist with your employee’s database, date of births and their demographic locations in order to provide you with a more accurate quote and premium ratings.

The recently published BBBEE codes lists Accountants as authorised to issue a BBBEE certificates. Some of them do not carry SANAS accreditation and does that mean certificates issued by such an entity will not be acceptable to RAF
