I am one of the most accomplished working dog trainers in the United States. My accomplishments in the working dog world have been evaluated by national and Internationally recognized working dog judges.

I am and expert in all facets of the European system of breeding, raising, and training of working dogs. All working dogs used for law enforcement/military come from this system.

Experience:

2011-Present WSI Canine Manager/Head Trainer US Department of Energy/SPR. Oversees implementation of WSI/SPR Canine program. Develops and writes operational and training procedures in accordance with WSI approved resources. Assists in the identification and selection of canine handlers. Manages matters concerning canine operations, plans and organizational liaison. Ensure training certifications are current for canines and handlers. Conduct site inspection to verify compliance with canine program. Provide training to WSI/SPR canine teams as required. Ensure all WSI/SPR canine teams meet monthly training requirements. Ensure training records are kept current. Ensure Polices and Procedures, Post Orders, and JHAs are current. Assist in special projects. Ensure safety requirements compliance and safety work practices. Participate and support emergency management initiatives and adhere to emergency management procedures and polices. Respond to emergency management emergencies. Other duties as assigned by the Protective Force Commander.

2009-2011 Trainer/Instructor/Kennel Manager International K9 Collage. Responsibility's include overseeing the day to day operations of a 50 unit kennel, manage staff, hiring and training and evaluating performance and setting scheduling and assign work.
