Bid Package 32B – Site Concrete Amenities
The successful Subcontractor acknowledges and agrees to the requirements set forth by this bid package and its descriptions and in conjunction with all other Construction Documents, as required to provide, furnish, install, and/or maintain all items necessary for a complete scope of work as listed below. The scope of work shall be inclusive of, but not limited to the following specifications, information, and requirements:

d) 321313 Concrete Paving
e) 321373 Concrete Paving Joint Sealants
f) 321400 Unit Paving
g) 321726 Tactile Warning Surfaces
The successful Subcontractor is responsible for all specification Divisions and Sections included within the Construction Documents as required to provide a complete scope of work for this project. The individual Divisions and Sections listed above are provided as a courtesy only.
II) Scope Specific Items:
1) All site concrete including: pavement, sidewalks, steps, ramps, pads, beyond the conditioned building space and loading dock.
2) Include all concrete curbs and gutters installed as part of this project, at both concrete and asphalt paving locations.
3) Concrete retaining walls, including excavation, backfill, footings, wall, drainage mats, perforated drainage pipe, waterproofing, and veneer facing.
4) Stone and sand fill under paving, walks, steps, pads, etc.
5) All formwork, reinforcing steel, wire mesh, and accessories.
6) Placing of embeds and accessories.
7) Installation of pipe bollards (provided by others), including concrete bases and fill as required.
8) Stacked unit retaining walls with footings and tie back.
9) Unit pavers (brick, concrete, granite, etc.), bedding, etc.
10) Excavation and backfill as necessary for this work to final sub-grade elevations.
11) Fine grading as necessary.
12) Expansion joint filler and horizontal joint sealants.
13) Special additives, patterns, coloring, aggregates, surface treatments, etc. for this work.
14) Curing, sealing, hardeners, etc. for this work.
15) Saw cutting as necessary for this work.
16) Site Amenities as specified and/or shown.
