Programof International Youth Forum.
On December 1st, at 10 am the official opening of International Youth Forum “Cross-cultural dialogue and its interreligious dimension”takes place in Kazan city hall. In the opening ceremony take a part Marat Bariev, Minister of Youth Affairs, Sport and Tourism of Tatarstan Republic, Rene Weingaertner, Director of Youth and Sport of Council of Europe, Alexander Guravsky, Director of International Relations Department of Ministry of Regional Development of Russian Federation, Ali Sarikaya, President of the Islamic Conference of Youth Forum for dialogue and cooperation, Georgy Ryabih, Acting Secretary of Church and society interrelation of Overseas Church relations Department of Moscow Patriarchate, priest, Peleg Reshef, Director of World Jew Congress and Alexander Sokolov, Chairman of National Board of Youth and Child Associations of Russian Federation.
From 11.30 am to 12.30 pm introductory section in the five main sectors of Forum’s work starts also there.

3) “The role of youth in cross-cultural and civilizations “(Andrey Glocer moderator, Representative of European Council, representative of Main rabbi of Russia in the public relations with non-governmental organizations and state structures)
4) “Youth and migration” (Roman Manshin moderator Representative of European Council, expert, department of social demography of Institute of sociopolitical researches RAS)
5) “Overcoming discrimination and prejudice” (Marina Chibisova moderator, Representative of European Council, candidate of psychological sciences, associate professor of ethnic psychology department of Moscow State University of psychology and education)
Within 3 days participants work in the subject group in these sectors in the hotel “Riviera”. Also there on the 2nd of December at 4 pm in the “Admiralteisky” hall takes place the presentation of cross-cultural dialogue and interconfessional youth projects of European Council and Russian Federation. The theme of Tatarstan Republic’s presentation as international sports and culture event is the Universiade 2013.
On the 3rd of December the Forum within the bounds of plenary meeting that takes place in the hotel “Riviera” at 2.30 pm summarize the session and accept the so called Kazan action plan, aiming the introduction of youth in the process cross-cultural and interconfessionaldialogue
