The Board of Beadle County Commissioners met Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at 9:00 a.m., pursuant to adjournment of December 17, 2013 with members present: Chair Mattke, Vice Chair Benson, Drake, Marcus and Hansen.

Moved by Drake, seconded by Hansen, motion carried to approve the proposal from AVI Systems Inc for 3 years effective January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2016 grand total of $2,705.00 for Pro Support Standard ITV Maintenance Agreement.

Moved by Drake, seconded by Marcus, motion carried to amend the above-motion from December 17, 2013 dollar amount for AVI Systems Inc to be $2,705.00 to $2,072.00

The minutes of December 17, 2013 were approved.
