President’s Message

I hope everyone made it through Halloween in one piece and are managing to adjust to the end of Daylight Savings Time. This month we honor our Veterans on November 11th as we remember the sacrifices they made for our country. We also give thanks for the many blessings in our lives as we celebrate Thanksgiving Day on November 24th. Then on November 25th (Black Friday) we get up before the crack of dawn and we turn into crazy shoppers in search of the best deal!

I love November!!

Tawnya from Point Defiance Village/Holiday Retirement will be sponsoring our meeting this month!

We are fortunate this month to have speakers from MultiCare who will be providing details on the New Mental Health Hospital that will be built in Tacoma on South 19th and Union.

We will be announcing the nominees for our 2017 Board of Directors for HCPC. You will have the opportunity to cast your vote for your favorite candidates.

Mallard’s Landing will be hosting a Pumpkin Spice After-Hours on November 9th from

I look forward to seeing all of you at the meeting on November 10th!
