Opening Reception

Have your organization recognized as the sponsor of the Opening Reception. During this elegant evening event attendees will gather for the social “kick-off” of the four-day conference. Local and state dignitaries will welcome attendees from across the US and beyond. For your sponsorship you will be recognized in the on-site program and website, on a placard at the event site and with a web-link to your organization. We will also invite your organization to host an information table for the evening.
Opening Plenary

Have your organization recognized as the sponsor of the Opening Plenary. As our panel discusses flexible options for the design and management of historic roads, your organization will be acknowledged for facilitating this important dialogue. For your sponsorship you will be recognized in the on-site program and website, on a placard at the event site and with a web-link to your organization. We will also invite your organization to host an information table at the conference headquarters hotel, the Hotel Albuquerque, OldTown.
Opening Keynote

One of the conference’s most popular events, Movie Night showcases vintage highway construction films in glorious black and white. For your sponsorship you will be recognized in the on-site program and website, on a placard at the event site and with a web-link to your organization.

Sponsor the Roads Luncheon and be recognized for your commitment to historic roads during the seated lunch at the Hotel Albuquerque, OldTown. For your sponsorship you will be recognized in the on-site program and website, on a placard at the event site and with a web-link to your organization.
Coffee Breaks (4)
$1,750 (2 AM and 2PM breaks available)
Your organization can be recognized during one (or more) of four morning and afternoon coffee breaks. Unlike most conferences, a generous 30 minute break is provided between education sessions for conversation and refreshments. For your sponsorship you will be recognized in the on-site program and website, and on a placard at the event site.
Sponsor a Speaker

Preserving the Historic Road recognizes the hard work that our session speakers put into their presentations and the expense of traveling to Albuquerque. As such, the conference has never charged registration to our speakers as a courtesy. Still, there are hard costs associated with every speaker that the conference must underwrite. Help us to continue attracting high quality speakers by continuing this tradition by underwriting on or more of our conference speakers. For your sponsorship you will be recognized in the on-site program and website.
