Hot Life/Extra Meeting

Betty distributed copies of the Hot List as of April 21st. Gwen advised that there are 18 courses that have been through tech review for which revisions have not been received. It was decided that an extra meeting will be scheduled for Thursday, May 21, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Betty will poll members to determine if we will have a quorum.

Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at 4:25p.m.

Notes

  • Betty will poll the membership via email to determine if we would have a quorum at a special meeting to be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 21.
  • Review of the course outline forms will take place at the May 13 meeting. Jim Merrill suggested that we consider having both the typed name and signature of the course author on the cover sheet.
  • Scott commented that the SLO for SPAN R103 is one of the best he has seen. Kudos to Christine Morla!
