A. Treasurer Report
~ current balance $1,632
~ account will be updated by the end of May, transferred to Lesley.

C. Insurance
~ AAU cards cost $14/player for a card, to get insurance ~ football uses K & K Insurance. Cost is $8 - Lesley will be looking into the costs for insuring local kids and coaches without out
- will continue with the AAU club
D. Spirit Wear
~ was not part of the survey this year, but will add it for next year's survey ~ Top 10 was local, comparable to h&l ~ uniform quality was good, sizes didn't ~ Matt will ask Top 10 to come out to camp to size kids ~ option to use last years uniform or get one from another player
E. Summer Camps
~ More likely for boys to have a camp in June ~ Conversations have been ongoing with Girls Program
F. SWISH Survey Results
~ 4/5 Team = positive comments on the coaching (teaching fundamentals, communication skills). Mostly positive comments on the SWISH league. Pictures are an area of improvement, and maybe giving full court practice time for SWISH teams each week.
~ 7/8 Team = positive comments from parents about the coaching (teaching, communication). Mostly positive comments on the SWISH league. Some feel pictures are not needed.
G. SWISH Coach Search
~ conversation about recruiting coaches for girls and getting more girls involved in SYB.
~ interest by 2 coaches for a 4/5 team
~ interest by 1 coach for a 6 team
There was discussion about man vs. zone, what is the purpose for this, what do we want the kids to be able to do.
