Minimum
2 hours / Stage 2 Pre-course / Effects of ageing on physiological systems of the body (reading task) / 2.1: Read chapter entitled ‘Effects of ageing and training on physiological systems and differences in fallers’ in Pre-Course Knowledge Manual, pages 64-95 (as preparation for group review session on Day 1)
Optional - Watch and listen to 5 narrated lectures (Nervous System, Muscle, Endocrine System, Bones, Joints), available in Optional Resources on e-learning portal, if you feel you would benefit from further study.
