Position: Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

The Sales Engineer shall be responsible for revenue growth from both new business development and existing customers within an assigned geographical territory.

· To develop and implement strategies to drive and deliver sustainable growth in Hydratight’s subsea/oil and gas revenue

· To meet and exceed set sales revenue targets by maintaining and developing strong working relationships with both existing and potential customers through regular face to face contact

· Identification, development and conversion of significant new customer business (revenue)

· Preparation of customer quotations and follow up

· Delivery of technical and commercial presentations to customers

· To maintain and improve pricing terms and profit margins on sales

· To negotiate and establish long term supply contracts with major customers

· Ensure customer accounts remain with agreed trading terms

· Preparation of monthly sales forecasts

· To be aware of and act upon market developments likely to influence sales

· Maintain company quality, safety and environmental standards at all times

Requirements:

· Degree qualified in Mechanical or Process Engineering, or related disciplines preferred

· Minimum 4 years work experience in a technical sales field

· Ability to develop and win new customer business

· Experience in the subsea/oil and gas market in a commercial, sales or operational role preferred

· Computer literate – good working knowledge of MS Office

· Bilingual in English, Chinese (Mandarin)

· Pro-active and self motivated with the ability to handle work pressure well

· Ability to work independently yet remain a part of a team

· Valid driving license
