1. Safety caution
Please read the following contents carefully before using this machine.
★ Make sure that the electricity in use is the same as described on the nameplate on the machine, and the difference between the working voltage and the set voltage cannot surpass 10%;
★When installing the machine, the distance from the wall should be more than 300mm, and while working it is strictly forbidden to put clean water into the beverage containers.
★To get the best sorbet, please use the dedicated ingredients to make it. If you want to use your own created recipe, the sugar content in the material cannot be lower than 13%, or the machine is easily to be damaged.
★When the sorbet is made, the torsion power of the blender is increased, the power test institute of the machine will automatically cut off the refrigeration through the solenoid. At this time the “crack” sound of the solenoid is a common phenomenon.
★The stirrer in the drink pot sometimes will move up and down and will create a rubbing sound. This is caused by the resistance power when the evaporator is frozen and thus is a normal phenomenon.
★If the machine is power off in the night and the rest drink in the pot is left in it, when use the machine the next day there may be an ice cover formed on the surface. This is a natural phenomenon formed by the drink that is not fully dissolved. Before starting up the machine, this ice cover must be removed or the machine will be damaged;
Safety caution
★To grantee the personal safety, please fix the machine closely to the ground.
★Be sure to cut off the power before maintaining the machine.
★If the power supply is damaged, to avoid danger, it must be replaced by professional staff from the manufacturing factory of the maintenance department or similar staff, or you can make an inquiry call.
2. Debugging
※When the power is supplied and the main switch is open, the machine is in the status of making sorbet. Before leaving the factory the machine is already set up. First put clean water into it and check whether the seal ring leaks, and then put the dosing in it.
※ Ratio of sugar and water (sugar : water=1:6.5)
The operation of the computer controller is as follows:
1. Open the main switch and the compressor starts to work.
2. Set the computer controller:
①Firstly set the hardness of the sorbet. The “1-9” grade can be set up to you. The “0” grade is the none-refrigeration status which can only be used to wash the machine. The 4 grade is best for making sorbet. Press the increase and decrease button at until the number shows “4”. If the sorbet is too hard, you can set the number screen to the “3” grade, “2” grade or “1” grade. If the sorbet is too soft, set the number screen to “5”, “6”, “7”, “8”, or “9” grade. If the sorbet is too hard, it will drop to the outside or cannot be poured out after it is made.
②Stirrer switch: Press this button the stirrer will stop moving, and press it again it will begin to work. While working, do not put your hand and other things into the drink pot, or the stirrer will be damaged.
③Lighting switch: Press it and the light on the cover will give light.
④Indicator light of the solenoid valve: When the detection equipment automatically detects that the solenoid value is turned off, this light will twinkle and there will be a “crack” sound. It is a normal phenomenon.
⑤Power light and warning light: When the light twinkles and gives out a “buzzing” sound, it means that there appears a fault phenomenon. Here we should pay attention to check what character is shown on the screen. If it is “E”, it means that the signal of the speed sensor does not work. If it is “F”, it means that the sorbet is too hard or the sugar-water ratio is not right.
⑥Adding doses: take off the cover and pull out the plug of spotlight on the cover. Then the stirring stops working. After the dose is added, the plug must be inserted closely or the machine will not work.
⑦ Press :to wash: first turn the number screen to 0 grade, then after the doses are all poured out, we can use warm water around 35° to wash it.
⑧ Press the transmitting switch◇: Press it for one time and the function of the machine will stop, and at that time the function indicating light of the machine turns on.
3、Function of the machine

②According to the data display: set the number into “3” grade and the sorbet made is about 4°.
③The table of the temperature inside the drink pot: at “1” grade the temperature of the sorbet is 8°; at “2” grade the temperature of the sorbet is 6°; at “3” grade the temperature of the sorbet is4°; at “4” grade the temperature of the sorbet is 2°; at “5” grade the temperature of the sorbet is0°
3. Direction for usage

①ambient temperature: SN type and N type, 5~35 degree
②ambient humidity:Relative humidity should not be bigger than 90%.
③feeding temperature:Below 35 degree
④voltage range:198~235V
⑤frequency range:50±1HZ
B、Manufacturing introduction
(1) do not use composite sockets to plug in the plug to the earthing devices.
(2) mix and stir the concentrated solution with the required doses in a pot. The content of the mixed liquid (we suggest to use cane sugar instead of soft sugar) must not be less than 13%, or the stirrer and reduction box will be damaged and do not use tap water.
Attention:
① do not change the ratio of sugar and water at will as when the water content is more, it will cause the evaporimeter to and freeze and thus damage the propeller of the machine.
② this machine has a high requirement for white sugar. Do not ever use saccharin, spices and other alternatives, or they will damage the leaves and mixing stirring motor.
(3) put the mixed drink into the pot and do not use hot water over 35 ℃. If the water temperature is too high, cool it in the room temperature and then pour it into the pot.
(4) the mixed sorbet is better to be pre-cooled in the refrigerator to 0 ℃ and when there appears ice, first put the ice into the drink pot after stirring it, which makes making sorbet rather fast, and do not put the ice into the drink pot or the machine will be damaged.
4. Installation
Please check whether the seal ring leaks water before using it.
Install it according to the numbers
1、Installation: first put (1) vertical stirrer to the position and then put the (2) gear of the main stirrer, and then put the main stirrer on to itl
2、Put the (5) sealing ring into the seal groove of the drink pot from the water outlet and press it. Finally, put the (4) the cover of the main stirrer into the drink pot.
3、Put the (6) drink pot onto the evaporimeter. Put the main stirrer at the position of the drink pot and move slightly to its position. Use for screws to make (7) parallel and tighten every 2 screws at the back to make the pot move backward. Then tighten the front 2 screws.
4、Tighten the (8) nut, fix the spring of the discharge hole(9), install the (10) bib, (11) hand shank and (12) bolt.
5. Wash
(1)Set the machine to “0” grade while washing and pour out all the sorbet inside the pot. In most cases the pot dose not need to be removed to be washes. You only need to set the number to 0 grade, pour warm water around 35℃ into the pot and wait for 15 minutes, then pour out the water through the discharge hole.
(2) Shut off the main power switch and pull out the socket.
(3) To wash the remained drink, you can pour warm water around 35℃ into the pot and wait for 15 minutes, then pour out the water through the discharge hole.
(4) Pull out the bolt, and the other parts can be separated. Then wash the parts.
(5) Rive the fixed drink pot①loosen the nut;②hold the pot with the hand and move forward for 2 cm and take it out;③pull out the bolt;④take off the hand shank;⑤take off the piston;⑥take off the spring;⑦rive the nut of the vertical stirrer;⑧take away the vertical stirrer;⑨take off the seal ring;⑩take out the main stirrer.
Disassemble it according to the numbers
Attention: when taking out the pot, you should move it by 2 cm and cannot directly pull it and the stirrer upward or they will be damaged.
(6) Use diluted detergent and water to wash the parts. Do not use corrosive detergent because it will damage the parts.
6. Common breakdown and methods
The following table shows the possible breakdowns and the causes and methods to deal with them. For common and simple breakdowns, you can manage them according to the methods given in the table. If they cannot be solved, or for complicated breakdowns, please immediately call for professional staff to fix it or call our company. Never deal with it roughly or it will bring you unnecessary loses.
