We can also provide bespoke and 1 to 1 training in your area or at one of our training centres.
Due to demand we will schedule extra dates for some courses. We do occasionally have late cancellations and our policy is to try and fill the place. If a course is FULL we do operate a waitlist for last minute bookings.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment & Terms:
1. Review the scheduled courses and dates.
2. Select your courses.
3. Reserve your place by email, call: 01793 323786 or email us.
If calling or booking the course by email please provide your full name, contact phone, address, courses required, dates and medical reference number (GMC, GDC, and NMC).
4. We will send you an email reserving your place.
5. When payment has been received for your course/s we will send your receipt, confirmation email, pre course material and login details for the Medical Aesthetic Academy which is a complimentary online resource available exclusively to KT Training candidates before and after their courses.
Payment methods include all major debit/credit cards, cheque or bank transfer.
Alternatively contact the KT Training coordinator and request a call back.
You can call or email to reserve courses.
Course places can be confirmed with a £100 deposit or full payment.
On receipt of the deposit candidates will receive access to the Medical Aesthetics Academy and online lectures. Please note the £100 deposit is non refundable after you have accessed your e learning or pre course. You can move your course dates with no penalty when providing at least 7 days notice.

No pre-course material or confirmation will be sent until the deposit is received.
Payment of course fees can be made by cheque, bank transfer, and credit or debit card.

Cancellations:
A 100% minus £100 deposit Refund will be granted if cancelling 21+ Days prior to course date.
A 75% Refund will be granted if cancelling 14+ Days Prior to course date.
No refund issued for less than 7 Days notice prior to course date.
A minimum 4% administration charge is applied for all refunds.
If you wish to alter your course date you may do so without charge up to 3 days prior to course
Disruptive or Unsafe Behaviour:
KT Training provides group courses that require all of our members to respect each other in order to learn.
Any candidate found to disrupt the lecture and the training environment will be asked to leave and any refund may or may not be fulfilled upon the discretion of the owners.
If our trainers, staff members, delegates or models feel unsafe as a result of a delegate, that individual will be asked to leave immediately and their funds will not be refunded.

These courses are only available to Nurses/Midwives with valid NMC numbers, Doctors with valid GMC numbers Dental professionals with valid GDC numbers.
To train and practice medical aesthetics in the UK you need to be registered with the relevant UK medical governing bodies.
International Doctors must be registered with the equivalent governing bodies in the country were they practice.
Please note these are the minimum requirements for all of our medical aesthetic courses.
NOTE*Botulinum toxins are Prescription Only Medicines nurses require the V300 to practice independently or will need a qualified prescriber.
