The following information needs to be provided by participants of Screenworks 2016 Pitching Program. This information will form the basis of a one page pitching document which can be used as a submission document for Screenworks SPA Pitching Opportunity.

Project Title
Project Format / Duration and number of episodes eg Feature Film, 2 x 2hr, 6 x 1/ 2hrs
Project Genre / eg Drama Series, Feature Film, Documentary, Light entertainment etc
Log line / The key one line pitch
Short Synopsis: approx 70 words / A dynamic and punchy short version of your longer synopsis
Long Synopsis: approx 150 – 250 words. / What is the issue or who/what is the protagonist, what is their journey, how is it resolved, if TV what is the ongoing returnable element
Key Image / Please include a key image that represents your concept and conveys the tone of your pitch
Tone / Describe the tone of your project eg, light and humorous , dark and foreboding etc
Project Creator/s / Production Company, Key Creatives - highlights or credits

Additional information that will form the basis of support pitch documents

Episodic Synopsis / What are the episodic story arcs?
Character descriptions (drama)
Talent/ Host bio (doc/light ent)
Budget / Production Budget please include with submission, if not please indicate how far off you are with budgeting
Funding Proposal / What are you seeking, when, and what is already secured?

The following points will not necessarily be included in your pitch document, but are vital points that need to be considered

Audience / Who is your proposed audience for your concept
Broadcaster / Where do you see your project sitting - on which broadcaster), in which slot do you intend your project for (when) and why will it fit into their schedules
The Market / How is your project different, or similar to anything currently in the market. What does your project really offer the market
Background Info / Any further facts/background information, inspirations for project
Further Info / Website, existing audience of talent (social media) etc
