Facilities: 6 lane, 25 yard pool with starting blocks, non-turbulent lane markers, and automatic timing system with 2 back-up timers per lane. The competition course has not been certified in accordance with 104.2.2C(4). Water depth at the start end is 10 ft and 3 ½ ft at the turn end. The competition course has not been certified in accordance with 104. 2.2C(4).
Eligibility: Swimmer(s) must be registered with USA Swimming prior to the competition (202.3.4B). Age as of insert first day of meet shall determine the swimmer’s age for the entire meet (205.2.2).
***Indiana Swimming does not process on-site athlete registration.
Rules: Current USA Swimming and Indiana Swimming rules will govern this meet.
202.3.2- At a sanctioned competitive event, USA Swimming athlete members must be under the supervision of a USA Swimming member coach during warm-up, competition, and warm-down. The Meet Director or Meet Referee shall assist the athlete in making arrangements for such supervision.
202.2.9 D - Any swimmer entered in the meet, unaccompanied by a USA Swimming member coach, must be certified by a USA Swimming member coach as being proficient in performing a racing start or must start each race from within the water. It is the responsibility of the swimmer or the swimmer’s legal guardian to ensure compliance with this requirement.
ISI rule - Coaches MUST constantly display their current USA Swimming coach credential to gain deck access. The meet referee reserves the right to ask for coach credential display and/or deny deck access if coach does not comply or card is no longer valid/current.
ISI rule to include USA-S 102.8.1 B - In swimming competitions, the competitor must wear only one swimsuit in one or two pieces except as provided in USA Swimming rule 205.101.1. All swimsuits shall be made from textile materials. For men, the swimsuit shall not extend above the navel nor below the knees, and for women, shall not cover the neck, extend past the shoulder, nor extend below the knee.
202.2.9 H - Use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone, is not permitted in changing areas, rest rooms or locker rooms
202.2.9 I - Except where venue facilities require otherwise, changing into or out of swimsuits other than in locker rooms or other designated areas is not appropriate and is strongly discouraged.
Seeding & Check In
Check In will begin 60 minutes before the beginning of the first round of events and will close for fifteen minutes before each round to allow for seeding time. Check-in will then remain open through the first and second rounds to allow swimmers to register for additional swims. Swimmers will be seeded randomly by computer generation.
Entry Limits: All swimmers are limited to a total of 5 entries. Three rounds of events will be run for all events in which swimmers are entered.
Entry Fees: Individual events and relays $5.00
Indiana Swimming Athlete Surcharge per swimmer $2.00
Final Results: A Meet Manager Backup file and Results file will be emailed to each club entered.
Schedule: Doors open at 4:30

Concessions: Concessions consisting of snacks and drinks will be available. Food and drinks will not be allowed on deck. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING.
Attention: Within the spirit of competition there are occasions when conduct becoming a competitor, coach or fan is questionable. It will be the responsibility of coaches and team parents to monitor and be responsible for your swimmers and fans. We ask your cooperation in taking care not to damage property and to clean up your area before leaving for the day.
