EXECUTIVE SESSION 3.0

3.1 Motion was made by Jeff Snyder and seconded by Mike Conroy to adjourn the regular session and enter into Executive Session at 7:48 PM for discussions covering contract negotiations.

DISCUSSION/WORK SESSION 4.0

4.1 Board reports – none

4.2 Superintendent report – policy 5730 will be on the next agenda for first reading, learning visits to the class rooms by the Administrators has proven very successful, there will be a complete list of Pioneer students who’s home school is Delevan Elementary but attend Arcade Elementary available soon, staff development next week Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday, notes are posted from the administrators concerning the up coming December 9 board-administrative team retreat.

4.3 Business administrator report – the State Comptroller that has been auditing our District said his report is in review but no date for its release, we are constantly monitoring the State financial status in respect to the proposed Budget in respect to school aid, the budget calendar process begins next board meeting.

4.4 Administrator’s report – analysis of Pre-K Outcomes was delivered by Kevin and Jeannene, other news from Ravo and Jeannene.
