TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PREMIUM AND ORDINARY STALLS

1. The Manipur Sangai Festival, 2017 is sponsored by the Tourism Department, Govt. of Manipur.

2. The Manipur Industrial Development Cooperation Ltd. (MANIDCO) has constructed the standard, Premium stalls for general Handlooms/ Handicrafts/MSME produces and others along withStandardFood Stalls and Premium Food Stalls.

3. Stall fee shall be deposited into the bank account of Directorate of Trade, Commerce & Industry, Manipur. The deposit slip/Challan shall be submitted along with application form and signed Terms & Conditions to the Directorate.

4. The Stall Number shall be allotted by the Exhibition Sub-Committee.

5. The Exhibition Sub-Committee has decided that no table and chair will be provided to ordinary Stalls.

6. The Exhibition Sub-Committee has decided that the Food Court shall be monitored and supervised by the Food Processing Industries Section, Excise Department, Forest Department and District Food Safety Office.

7. The Exhibition Sub-Committee will provide/allot one electric bulb/tube light in each Stall any subsequent damage/lost/broken will not be replaced by the Exhibition Sub-Committee.

8. The allottedStalls should be occupied by the selected applicants within 20-11-2017 failing which the Stalls will be cancelled and will be allotted to other applicant on the spot itself.

9. The Exhibition items should be brought to the Festival Ground before 9.00 a.m. or specified by the Security Team of the Manipur Sangai Festival, 2017 every day.

10. Two Gate Passes for Exhibition will be issued by the Convener of the Exhibition Sub-Committee.

11. No vehicle passes will be issued to stall holders by the Exhibition Sub-Committee.

12. No complaint except relating to such assignment as given by the Organizing Committee will be entertained by the Exhibition Sub-Committee.

13. Issues relating to Power and water shall have approach to the line Department concerned.

14. Violation of aboveTerms & Conditions is liable to cancellation of the allotment of stall immediately without refunding any part of the deposited fee.The Terms and Conditions mentioned above have read and accepted both in spirit and letter. As a stall holder, I shall be bounded to follow all the above Terms and Conditions. Necessary action against the deviation of the above Terms & Conditions may be taken up appropriately.
