STRENGTHS

Experience in mechanical work includes responsibility for design, field supervision, and trouble – shooting of numerous industrial and commercial heating, ventilating and air conditioning installations, ranging from minimum size of 50 tons to installations over 2,000 tons. Other systems include constant temperature – humidity rooms, low temperature rooms and freezers, low temperature rooms, dust collections systems, high pressure piping systems, service piping, process piping and plumbing. A partial representative list of design HVAC projects include:

North Broward Hospital Major Expansion – 200,000 sf.

Palm Beach County High & Middle Schools

Energy Conservation Measures – North Broward Hospital, Imperial Point Hospital,
Broward General Medical Center

Surgery Air Conditioning Systems - Plantation General Hospital, North Broward Hospital

Central Plant Replacement - Pro Player Stadium

Background as a test and balance engineer as well as design engineer has led to forensic engineering experience as expert witness for both plaintiff and defense attorneys. Areas of litigation have included piping system corrosion, high humidity’s, mold and mildew, pumping deficiencies, condensation and inadequate HVAC capacities. As test and balance consultant for Broward County School System, much work has been done in solving poor IAQ schools, both inadequate ventilation and mold and mildew.
