·  High level of ICT skills eg Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Outlook), website
·  Effectively work under pressure, prioritise own workload and meet deadlines.

·  Evidence of working autonomously and working to tight deadlines with changing timescales.

·  Experience of recruiting talented and diverse staff; including developing job descriptions and person specifications, job adverts.
·  Experience of providing effective HR advice to staff and Management at all levels including sickness, grievance, disciplinary, pay and other remuneration issues, annual leave.
