· Previous experience of working in a HR role, or implementing HR practices.
· Previous experience of working in an office environment and maintaining office/administration systems.
· Experience of recruiting talented and diverse staff; including developing job descriptions and person specifications, job adverts.
· Experience of providing effective HR advice to staff and Management at all levels including sickness, grievance, disciplinary, pay and other remuneration issues, annual leave.
