Approval to offer contracts for the remainder of the 13-14 school year to Sara McEuen-Tandecki CB 7/8 SS step BA 1 prorated for 138 days $25,012.50, Pearl Russo AK8 SPED step MA 4 prorated for 138 days $29,076.60 plus $1,476.60 SPED stipend, Teri Kuebler step BA 1 prorated for 121 days $22,518.00 plus $2000 SPED stipend, all were long term subs who have obtained proper ADE certification to be offered contracts.
B. Approval to offer contracts for the remainder of the 13-14 school year to new hires Eric James SR Math MA+48 step 8 prorated for 116 days $27,666.00, Jessica Rieboldt MR Title I MA step 7 prorated for 109 days $24,014.88
C. Approval of change of position from PE teacher to PBH TOSA/Athletic Director for Jeremy Ruesing, Mr. Ruesing’s salary will be prorated for 151 days based on a 230 day calendar at a daily rate of $217.39 for a total of $32,826 effective 10/28/13, and for Gordon Ray from Asst. Principal/AD to PBH Counselor.
D. Approval to hire long term substitute Tom Veilleux for FHS, Magdalena Valenzuela for AK8 and Sheri Hebden for AK8 $120 per day.
E. Approval to hire substitute teachers Rosemary Webster, Renee Cervantes and Marisol Bingochea $100 per day.
F. Approval to pay $20 per hr. for OCS duties to Myla Bolton, Susan Polach, Lisa Maher, Theresa Kranich, Murdock, Desiree, Monika Sheridan-Coatney, Stacey Dennison, Desiree Murdock, Margaret Theisen, for covering classes to Ed Callahan, Alexandra Leverson, Ivan Mack, Christopher Potts, Teresa Schaefer, Rhonda Spencer, Steven Wieler, Alison Wood, Eva Zakrocki, Bronwyn Thomas, Kevin Aikins, Nicholas Bird, Andrew Botsios, Megan Cornille, Richard Franco, Shannon Goldon, Anthony Goodwin, Byron Hastings, Raleigh Jones, Tammy Sutterby, Amanda Celaya, Monica Vail, Laura Brubaker, Lauren Ramos, Kyle Spitler, and Debra Krzekowiak, for homebound tutoring duties to Victor Mukhopadhyay, and Pearl Russo
G. Approval to pay $25 per hr. for 21st Century tutoring duties to Lindsay Potter, Bron Thompson, Jaclyn Trombley, John Leal, Christy Gill, and Kimberly Fraser-Fries, for FVA/PASS duties to Mary Ploense.
H. Approval of $700 addendum to Maricel Bustos contract for holding National Teacher Board Certification.

J. Approval of change of PBH English department chair from Deb Ahmann to Patricia Shores effective 10/21/13, contracts to be prorated accordingly, D. Ahmann $346.68, and Patricia Shores $853.32.
K. Approval to pay $1500 for teaching an extra period during 2nd quarter at FHS for Daniel Bradeen and Shannon Coppell.
L. Approval to pay $6000 for teaching two periods during 3rd and 4th quarter to Bill McKane.
M. Approval of $1500 increase in the augmentation amount for master teachers.
N. Approval to pay $1000 to Frank Bermier for AIMS duties at AK8.
O. Approval of coaching assignments per attached list.
P. Approval of change of FHS football coaching contract for Bill McKane to reflect head varsity coach duties, $6,194.00 prorated for 19 days = $$1,838.84 effective 10/8/13.
Q. Approval of correction of AK8 girls’ basketball coaching assignments for Beth Cowles and Monika Coatney. The October board meeting had each of them splitting one coaching assignment when they each will be coaching a team, Beth Cowles A girls basketball $1597.00, and Monika Coatney B girls basketball $1,141.00.
R. Approval to pay $7.80 per hr. for game management duties to Alison Wood, and Karen Weaver.
S. Approval to accept letters of resignation, release from contract and authorization not to impose liquidated damages to Connie Derrigo effective 11/8/13, and Doina Beljic effective 3/28/14.
T. Approval to accept letter of resignation, release from contract and authorization to impose $1500 liquidated damages to Adrienne Hoffman, effective 10/23/13.

E. Approval to move Kandi Martinez from a 12 month employee to a 223 work days plus 7 paid holiday calendar and to change Lillianna Falberg from a 12 month employee to a 204 work day plus 7 paid holiday calendar. Both ladies previously were eligible for 12 paid holidays and vacation leave accrual which will no longer be a part of their calendars. This change is due to a grant allocation reduction, annual savings for Kandi Martinez is $3,258.72 and annual savings for Liliana Falberg is $7,305.12, (new work calendars attached).
F. Approval to pay $20 per hr. for translator duties to Lucero Rios-Ocampo, Rocio Anzo, and Martha Qureshi, to pay $25 per hr. for 21st Century tutoring duties to Kylie Spencer, and to pay $22.34 to Jessica Gonzalez for First Aid/CPR trainer duties.
G. Approval to pay $7.80 per hr. blended rate for any time worked over 40 in a work week for game management duties to Kelly Williams and Madonna Harding.
H.
