PERSONAL STATEMENT

I am an ambitious and motivated individual with a sharp eye for detail and a natural curiosity. I pride myself on my patience and level-headedness. I was a member of IGGY (International Gateway for Gifted Youth), which is a network for the top 5-10% of gifted and talented 13-19 year olds in the world. I am looking to both challenge myself and get satisfaction in my work. I enjoy utilizing newly acquired skills and flexing my creativity when it comes to solving tough problems.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

Profit Protection Team Member, Mobile Fun Ltd

Birmingham, UK May 2016-June 2017

Working with the business’ various departments to iron out processes and minimize profit loss. Included but was not limited to; chargeback administration and reporting & fraud prevention training, ensuring business’ debtors kept to agreed credit terms and enforcing consequences where they didn’t, keeping track of supplier returns and ensuring we were credited for returns made, courier invoice reconciliation and putting in claims where parcels have been lost/delayed or there were invoice discrepancies. Included a lot of learning on the job, especially as the Profit Protection Team was a brand new department that I was chosen to be a part of by the Operations Director. This came with challenges to create new and solidify existing processes for the various departments to work within to retain profit.
