- High level of numeracy skills in order to prepare financial information, e.g. petty cash, reimbursement claims, work out annual leave entitlements
- Able to interact sensitively and effectively with staff, managers, service users, members of the public and representatives from other organisations, face to face and over the telephone.
- Able to develop and promote projects under guidance, including devising promotional material etc.
- High level of ICT skills, e.g. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organisational skills to plan and prioritise workloadto meet deadlines.
- Effectively work under pressure.
- Effectively work on own initiative without direct supervision.
- Excellent minute taking skills.

QUALIFICATIONS/
