Review of Minutes:
Motion to approve April minutes by Julie and 2nd by Kelly. Motion carried.
Safety Incentive Program Drawing:
o Jason will run selection of winners and send out notice of winners.
Safety Incentive Program Review:
o Motion made to approve Safety Incentive Program for next year by Kelly and 2nd by Linda B.
o All sites will have available by next meeting.
o SIPE will buy gift cards.
Reports
o Safe School Plans updated and ready to go for next year.
o Zero employee accident claims in February. Two claims for March for a total of $5,616. In April, closed two big claims: a knee injury for $59,778.13 and broken ankle for $64,712.12.
o Review of safety inspections from all sites
· Still pending
o Have to spend 25% of the money given to us by SIPE
o Radios will be delivered to schools and programed when appointments are made.
New Business
o IIPP – Motion to approve by Linda and 2nd by Wendy. Motion carried.
o Grant for new sign-in badge program won’t be known until September.
o Funding requests from sites:
§ Use order request forms as soon as possible.
o Certificate of Recognition from Safety Committee presented to Linda Bachagalupo including a gift certificate to restaurant and movie tickets.
