PARTICIPANTPAYMENT INFORMATION
If you are a student who has been selected as a participant for the 2015-2016 school year, congratulations! We are so delighted to have you as part of the IMPACT Family. One of your first responsibilities upon receiving notification of selection is to pay your trip fee. All important payment information is listed below. Please be attentive to all dates and deadlines to finalize your position on your trip.
How do I pay?
Payments can be made at Tate Cashier's desk (located on the main floor of Tate Student Center by Information Desk I, open Mon-Fri 9-4PM). To pay, bring aprinted copy of your selection notification email and your money in cash, check, or card to the desk before your payment deadline. The cashier will assist you to ensure that we receive notification of your payment.
If you plan to pay the full cost by your first payment deadline, you can also pay online with a credit or debit card. Note that this system cannot be used if you wish to pay the cost in two installments.
The total trip cost is $140 for Winter Break trips and $155 for Spring Break Trips. A non-refundable payment of $95 is due by your first payment deadline. You can either pay the $95 or your full amount at this time. If necessary, your second non-refundable installment of $45 (Winter Break participants) or $60 (Spring Break participants) is due by your second payment deadline.

When do I pay?
Your payment deadlines are listed explicitly in your selection email. You can also look at the Wave System chart below to see your payment deadlines. Missing a payment deadline will result in being dropped from your trip, so be sure to pay attention to deadlines!
All participants who were selected by October 19th, after participant applications closed, are in Wave 1 and thus have the corresponding Payment Deadlines. If you were selected off the waitlist, check your email or the chart below to determine your wave number and payment deadlines.
