·  The expenses stated by the Employer are in accordance with current FC travel rates as detailed in the Table below, and on the basis of actual costs. Any invoices submitted must clearly differentiate between consultancy time and travel and accommodation costs, and receipts must be attached to the invoice for all travel and accommodation costs (other than car mileage).

Any travel by air or rail will be reimbursed at actual costs, but approval should be sought from the FC Contract Manager before travel is undertaken.
Business mileage will be paid for site meetings and must be agreed in advance.
The supplier will not charge the FC for travelling time in addition to fees. Any travelling time getting to or from site is at the supplier’s expense.
Any requirement for accommodation must be agreed with the FC Project Manager prior to occurrence otherwise the FC reserves the right not to reimburse the supplier.
·  The Consultant prepares forecasts of the total Time Charge and expenses at intervals no longer than 4 weeks.
8 Indemnity, insurance
and liability / ·  The amounts of insurance and the periods for which the Consultant maintains insurance are

·  The Employer provides the following insurances
Liability for loss of or damage to property provided by the Employer for the use of the Consultant. The replacement cost until the property is returned to the Employer. The Employer shall retain liability for its staff whilst on secondment or undergoing other training provided by the Consultant.
The Consultant's total liability to the Employer for all matters arising under or in connection with this contract, other than the excluded matters, is limited to the amount of the insurances stated in the Insurance Table at 8 above.
