commencing immediately after the annual Parish Meeting (approximately 7.30 pm)

1.  ELECTION OF CHAIRMAIN AND VICE CHAIRMAN – Chairman to sign the Declaration of Acceptance of Office for Chairman.

2.  TO FORMALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THE RESIGNATION OF CLLR A COLLINS

3.  TO APPOINT COUNCILLORS TO REPRESENT THE PARISH COUNCIL WITH THE SPORTS AND SOCIAL CLUB AND THE CEMETERY AND APPOINT A CHEQUE SIGNATORY TO REPLACE CLLR COLLINS

iv.  Accept accounts to May 2nd 2017 and agree cheques to be signed and payments approved in accordance with list to be circulated to councillors at meeting.

Members of the public are very welcome to attend the meetings of the Parish Council, but they will not be permitted to speak once the meeting has officially commenced from item 1 on the Agenda.
