At PakTech you’ll find in-house, rapid turnaround services that are rare in the packaging industry. The engineering department provides ingenious part designs which can be sent right to the tool room, where prototype molds are built within days. This provides our customers with prints and parts unbelievably quickly, and allows for rapid design updates and improvements.

For handle production, we utilize over 15 state-of-the art injection molding presses and robots with end-of-arm tooling. New manufacturing technology offers flexibility and cost-reducing benefits for our customers. Many customers require handles with UPC codes, which are run thru automated label applicators. Once boxed and palletized, handles are ready to be shipped anywhere in the world.

PakTech ships hundreds of millions of handles per year to the world’s best known processors of food and beverages as well as household and consumer goods. We offer a vast selection of handle styles that bundle containers with a wide variety of sizes, neck diameters and volumes. Standard and innovative designs provide handle solutions for almost any package.

PakTech also offers what processors demand: cost-effective in-line equipment that runs with minimum downtime and maintenance.

Our expertise is not only handles, but also our automated application systems. Many customers utilize applicators that are engineered and built by PakTech’s application team. Our models meet the needs of almost any project. For lower volumes or slower lines, handles can be applied manually, or using the semi-automatic machine which applies handles within the case at the rate of about 10 cases per minute. Automated models apply multi-pack handles in cases at various rates, while our UniPak bale handles can be applied to full or empty bottles with a standard or a dual lane system depending on the speed requirement.
