Pakistan Science Foundation, Islamabad a funding organization for the development of Scientific and Technological Research for Socio-economic development and popularization of Scientific & Technological Knowledge in the country, invites sealed bids (one envelop method) from suppliers/dealers, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, Govt. of Pakistan and having Active Tax payers list No. etc., for supply of Desktop Computers, Printers, Scanners and laptop.
Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, method of procurement, procedure of submission of bids, bid security, bid validity, opening of bids, evaluation criteria, clarification for rejection of bids, performance guarantee etc. are available for the interested bidders at the office of the undersigned, at Pakistan Science Foundation , 1-Consitution Avenue, G-5/2, Islamabad, on official request, without any cost. Bidding Documents can also be downloaded from our website free of cost.
The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, duly annexed with2% earnest money must reach at the office of the undersigned at 1-consititution Avenue, G-5/2, Islamabad on or before Monday 19.03.2018 till12:00 hrs. TERMS & CONDITION:-
i)Firms should quote their rates as per specifications required by the office and separately mention GST (if applicable). Firms must be mentioned complete specifications in their quotation as per Tender Document otherwise their bids may be cancelled.
ii)Bids Evaluation Criteria:- The bids with lowest price meeting the prescribed technical specifications of the machinery / equipment will be considered for placing Supply Order with the lowest bidder for each item, separately, after approval and inspection / demo be technical experts. The supply time shall be on week.
iii)The supplies must be competed and delivered at Pakistan Science Foundation, 1- constitution Avenue, G-5/2, Islamabad.
iv)Earnest money in the shape of DD/Pay order @2% of the bid (returnable after lapse of period of warrantee) in favor of Pakistan Science Foundation, Islamabad, along with Broacher/Technical profile of the equipment offered for sale, should be attached with the bid.
v)Free after sale service (at least 1 year service and parts / products) replacement warranty offered by the vendor) should be indicated in the bid.
vi)Items can be increased or decreased as per Govt. rules.
vii)The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject all or any tender of item(s) due to unavoidable circumstances.
viii)The interested parties may send their sealed tenders to the Secretary, PSF 1-Constitution Avenue, G-5/2, Islamabad on or before Monday 19.03.2018 till 12:00 hrs., which will be opened on the same day at 12:30 hrs., in PSF in presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives if they care to do so. Late tenders/incomplete tenders will be ignored.
