IMPORTANT

Before you fill in this form, please note that the Peer Support Training is an extensive course of 30 hours of training, provided by the Oxford University Counselling Service, and will take place on Tuesdays, 5.30 pm – 8.30 pm, Michaelmas Term 2016. Training will run from Tuesday 11th October in weeks 1-9, along with a one-day session on Saturday, 29 October from 10 am – 5pm. Please consider carefully whether you will be able to commit yourself fully to the training programme, as it is imperative that you attend every session.

The commitment to Peer Support Programme extends to attending fortnightly group supervision sessions for two terms post-training and being involved in events with your Peer Support Team in college.

All forms are confidential, and are processed by the Programme Co-ordinator and the peer support team in college.
